When custom software makes sense
A custom system can help when your workflow has rules that existing tools do not support. We first assess the process, who uses the data and whether adapting an existing product would be enough.

How we start
Bring a specific workflow and a sample of the data involved, without sensitive information. We define the first flow to build, acceptance criteria and dependencies. A timeline and quote follow that assessment.
Delivery and continuity
The proposal should identify the code, documentation, deployment environment and training included. Hosting, licences and maintenance need separate descriptions. Support and future changes are agreed around the needs of the operation.
